Our Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants are engineered to provide efficient removal of dissolved salts, minerals and other unwanted substances from water. RO is a pressure-driven membrane process in which water is passed through a semi-permeable membrane, producing a purified permeate stream while concentrating rejected dissolved substances in a separate stream.

We design and supply customized Industrial RO systems based on feed-water quality, required capacity, recovery requirements, operating conditions and the intended application.

How Industrial RO Works

Raw Water → Pre-Treatment → Cartridge Filtration → High-Pressure Pump → RO Membranes → Permeate + Concentrate

Pre-treated feed water is pressurized and supplied to the RO membrane assembly. The membrane allows water molecules to pass through while rejecting a significant portion of dissolved salts and other contaminants.

The treated water, known as permeate, can then be used for the intended application, while the concentrated stream is managed according to the project design and applicable requirements.
